ARRO Helmets Limited Warranty

ARRO Helmets warrants to the original consumer purchaser that each new ARRO helmet is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

During this period, ARRO will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace with a comparable model, or refund the purchase price of any defective helmet. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to helmets purchased from authorized ARRO retailers or directly from arrohelmets.com.

What’s Covered Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal equestrian use.

What’s NOT Covered (standard exclusions — keeps you protected)

• Damage from accidents, impacts, falls, crashes, or any event that compromises the helmet’s protective structure (see our Crash Replacement Program below).
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, exposure to extreme heat/chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or material degradation over time.
• Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use other than as a certified equestrian safety helmet.
• Helmets purchased from unauthorized sellers or resold after the original purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact ARRO Customer Support at [support@arrohelmets.com (mailto:support@arrohelmets.com)] with your proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and a clear description/photos of the issue.
If required, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the helmet, we will notify you of the outcome within 5–7 business days.

Approved claims: No charge for repair/replacement (you may pay return shipping in some cases).
We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and original condition.
