Crash Replacement Program (our commitment to your safety)

To use the Crash Replacement Program, the crashed helmet must first be returned to ARRO, and the replacement helmet must be purchased directly from ARRO.

We know riding involves risk. If your ARRO helmet is involved in a fall or impact (even if it looks undamaged), you may qualify for a discounted replacement helmet: Within 1 year of purchase: 50% off a new ARRO helmet of equal or lesser value.
1–3 years: 25% off.

To apply: Submit our simple Crash Replacement Form with proof of purchase and a brief description of the incident. This program is available in USA & NZ and is subject to inspection/approval.

Important Note: This helmet is not insurance. Always replace it after any fall or impact.
