We know riding involves risk. If your ARRO helmet is involved in a fall or impact (even if it looks undamaged), you may qualify for a discounted replacement helmet: Within 1 year of purchase: 40% off a new ARRO helmet of equal or lesser value.
1–2 years: 30% off.
2–3 years: 20% off.

To apply: Submit our simple Crash Replacement Form with proof of purchase and a brief description of the incident. This program is available in USA & NZ and is subject to inspection/approval.

Important Note: This helmet is not insurance. Always replace it after any fall or impact.
